Jolene D. Schneider

Attorney Jolene Schneider practices divorce, child custody, adoption, child guardianship and related family law matters, working with clients through the Fox Valley, Wisconsin area and beyond.  Her courtroom experience and dispute resolution skills as a trained Mediator and Arbitrator maximizes the tools she uses to achieve optimal results for clients.  For 25 years, her focus, skills and tenacity enabled her to assist families in creating positive solutions to legal problems ranging from the straightforward to highly complex.

Attorney Schneider is named in Super Lawyers and the Best Lawyers in America.  She is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, on the Board of Directors for the Family Law Section, serves as an Editor of the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law and is serving a third term as a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Fee Arbitration Panel.  As a leader in the profession, she frequently presents at continuing legal education seminars for both lawyers and the judiciary.
